We recently booked a one-night stay at this hotel for a quick stopover, and it was exactly what we needed. Despite our short stay, we were impressed by the level of service and comfort provided. The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing us to settle into our room without any hassle. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a restful night's sleep. Overall, our experience at this hotel was positive. It provided us with a comfortable place to rest for the night, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for a convenient option for a short stay, this hotel is a great choice.

The Hotel had just opened for business and although there were unfinished task I was very happy with the Customer service ,Hostess , Restaurant and dairy and liquor store on site, very convenient,Tourist attractions close bye. Loved the lounge and entertainment room, Massage recliners. Sound proof rooms.. I felt very comfortable .The highlight for me was how staff and management made us feel welcome and non judgemental..love the different nationality connection...Awesome, I would recommend staying here . Very reasonable price.

I loved our overall stay at Awa hotel. Firstly, the price is very reasonable for a room that's very spacious, immaculately clean, and the interior design is modern. Secondly, their room amenities are full-packed and their receiving area has a pool table and massage chairs to enjoy. Lastly, we had a good time chatting away with the lovely and smart owner, who we call 'auntie', while we were enjoying the delicious food from their restaurant. I highly recommend Awa hotel - home away from home. 👍

Place is clean and tidy. Towels are smell clean and fresh. The place is right around the heart of rotorua. My kids enjoy and very comfortable which I love it most if my kids are happy. When we go on holiday I love that we sleep in one room with seperate beds with my kids. Thats why i choose your standard room. I feel the bonding moment that we miss due to our busy routines everyday. Price is reasonable. Thanks a lot. Our weekend getaway is so relaxing and great.

Clean modern room and bathroom. Climate control and both beds were very comfortable. Very quiet as there is an extra door that leads to the bedroom, blocking the noise from the hallway. We also had dinner and that was delicious too. We can recommend the Sweet and sour pork and the Black pepper steak! Very affordable even compared to lower rated hotels in the area. There are several massage chairs to let you relax after a long day.
